                Delegate Eldridge moves to amend the bill on page 20, section 11a, line17, following the semi-colon, by inserting the following paragraph, to read as follows:

“(B) Any probation officer appointed pursuant to section five, article twelve, chapter sixty-two of this code in the performance of his or her duties;”

And,

To re-letter subsequent paragraphs of subsection (b) accordingly.
